Remarks

Long California history. Current owner 23 years based at Placerville in a hangar. Selling due to medical and insurance. Complete logs. Nose-wheel and firewall damage in 1980 after a violent shimmy. Tail sheet metal repairs some time later after struck by another aircraft on the ground. First airframe log 1975 to 1987 is missing but there is a file of cataloged times and maintenance items that goes through through those years to 1990 verifying the times and hours. Very complete logs since. Overall excellent condition and the Spar AD is done.
