Remarks

Seems too good to be true. There is a story that goes with it. It was damaged in Carson City in 1992 and put in a hangar on a local ranch after it was repaired. For some reason the airworthiness certificate was surrendered to the FAA and the logs were lost over the years from 1992 to 2019. There are some 337's and other documents recovered from the FAA's database that verify the Total time. To enable the previous owner, who is an A&P and an AI to recover the Airworthiness he had to verify every part and comply with every AD and Service bulletin. The engine had to be dismantled completely to verify every part had the current serial number and part number. This process took multiple visits from the FAA and three years of work to complete. This was two years ago. It is now fully airworthy and there is photoghraphic record. Currently owned and upgraded by a private owner in Northern CA. The engine now has 127 hours on it since major overhaul. The photos show the internal parts of the engine when the engine was apart. So, 1981 to 1992 in California. Stored from 1992 to 2019 in Nevada on a ranch. Logs start now with the 2000 TT and a zero time engine. No logs before that other than FAA records which are included. A good low time P model to start training VFR and IFR in.
