No electric start. a list of mods are: aluminum propeller aluminum Spar sealed steel struts Cleveland wheels and brakes 8.5 tires (lots of tread left) Atlee dodge landing gear safety cables Maule tail wheel 30gal fuel also comes with federal 1500 skis(new buggies and cables) and edo 1400 floats.
