Remarks

Previous owner to got his IFR rating and took his checkride in it. Complete logs and build sheet history since new. Originally Canadian registered. Damaged in 2010 when it overran the runway. Excellent repair and no evidence of the damage or repair now. At 2500 RPM at 5500 feet burning 9.5 gallons per hour, I saw 155 Kts ground speed. Light, fast, nimble, aerobatic, easy to hangar and economical to fly and maintain.
